TAKE A LOOK AT ALL THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR CREATING YOUR PORTRAIT
Process of booking a Portrait
If you have an idea of the size you'd like, it's time to look through the photos and decide which ones would make a great portrait.
Once I have seen your photographs and we have discussed the portrait, you are ready to place your order. I require a deposit of 50% of the total amount to secure your slot on my client waiting list. The portrait will not be started until the deposit is paid. Payments can be made via bank transfer or Paypal.
If you have other payment options, please contact me and mention this.
I will contact you when I start your portrait so you can watch the progress on my Facebook Page and Instagram. I will also send the progress of the work via mail or Facebook/Instagram. This will give you the opportunity to make comments along the way and see how your portrait is coming together. Please let me know if you would prefer me not to post on social media, in case it spoils a surprise gift.
Once I have completed the portrait, I will email or message you on Facebook/Instagram with a very good quality photo for your approval. At this stage, I may be able to make minor adjustments. Your portrait will be securely wrapped, beautifully packaged, and shipped out to you via BPost (Belgium Post) or UPS.
The shipping time can vary due to the time of the year.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each portrait includes a certificate of authenticity.
This is printed on 300gsm cardboard with a brown background and gold lettering.
The Certificate is an official document that proves your work is genuine and authentic.
It is a helpful tool in proving a work's provenance, quality, and ensures the buyer that it is produced by you and no one else.
